Its supposed to be my day off from stress.
I don't know if anyone reads this...
Since this all started my brother has forced an every other day trade off watching over my father with Alzheimer and my sister who is mentally handicapped. It is supposed to be my day off but he has called me four times over the last 7 hours. One of those times giving major attitude, cursing at me arguing and the general stuff I try to avoid by just not talking to him. Til then it was only an annoyance but now I am feeling the pain in my chest and tightness I get as well as my thoughts running away with themselves and the feelings of having no control and some anger.
The other three times it was just an intrusion into my trying to unwind, find some peace and not feel the anxiety of the whole situation. Also my sister has called twice and talked to me about how she doesn't want my brother around anymore and wants to call her social worker and get him away from her. The situation seemed to be starting to culminate into something manageable but now I'm worried about my sister who might be taken from her house because of this and irritated at me brother all over again.
I wish I could record his conversation with me so you could see what I am getting and tell me if it is in some way me bringing this on to myself without me knowing it. I will try to take some notes next time and write it for you.

honey, relationships are a two way street... you never bring things onto yourself singlehandedly... obviously your brother has something to do with it. if he handled it well he would use emotional IQ to make things work better for the good of everyone without trying so hard to upset people. he obviously is just worried for himself and maintaining his luxury life so he is acting out this way to show everyone just how upset he is inside. When someone acts out like that, and purposefully upsets others, seeking to piss others off, it\'s because deep down they are upset at themselves and their own situation, and they want help but don\'t know how to ask. They want others to get upset with them. They are seeking a \"reaction\" in others so that they can feel that someone knows their hurting. But this is futile because they are merely scratching the surface of the hurts, and no really communicating to anyone what it is they are really upset about. So their problem never gets solved because they are afraid to come forward and be honest about what their thinking. It\'s a cry for help, but pride steps in the way, so they roar and intimidate and scream. But really, it\'s a cry for help.
