Its not that I want to complain

However, an important function of this journal is to help me track my symptoms.  Last week I did pretty well with walking every hour and doing my exercises. I was careful not to push myself and honestly felt I was improving. Over the last couple days, I noticed an increase in breathlessness and fatigue.  The weather had become sultry again so I thought maybe that was the cause.  We got a shower last night and it was cooler today, so I should be better.  Instead, I am markedly worse - less stamina, more breathless, and quite dizzy. Go figure.  There is pounding in my head - not painful exactly; it’s annoying none the less. Many times over the past few years I have had weeks at a time when I felt pretty good.  I would then convince myself that this was all in my head, or I was just overweight and out of condition. So then I would push myself until I crashed with the rude realization that there really is something wrong.  This time I did not push myself and still I have increased symptoms.  What the heck!  I guess it is what it is.  I’ll just hope tomorrow is better.  Penny and I have plans to go to Huron tomorrow where we will ‘get with’ Velma.  She had been my dad’s second love and his dance partner for the past 14 years.  She has many friends around, but no family living close and she misses Daddy something awful.  We will take her to get a pedicure and then go out to eat.
