it's hard without my therapist in town

I know we all must have moments like these.

I'm feeling weak and overwhelmed today.

I know it's important to be self responsible

but it's good to be able to vent here, right now, today.

Just feeling at a loss as to what to do with myself.

I got everything done that I scheduled to do, but there wasn't that much to do

in the first place....

after the fact I've kind of have been cocooning on my bed

with Blue on my lap, watching tv.

My day is passing by but writing here is bringing me down to earth.

I need to grocery shop big time.
That, I will do tomorrow after work. Tomorrow is payday too and so I'll fill up the gas tank, I have to pay a bill,

grocery shop and go to the bank to save some money. Then I go to my parents'

house for dinner. I've got to remember the bank monthly fee is coming on December 31 -

so I have to be ready for that too.

A customer at work was so grouchy today - my boss said 'people like that are miserable and they

want you to be miserable as well (misery loves company) ' so she also said 'kill them with kindness.'

This customer really treated us like we had no value, so strange...never saw her or her friend before -

she must have been very miserable.

Anyways, I'll go check the mailbox and then ready my meds for tonight - my routine is my consolation

and my company - along with Mr. Blue! :-)

I hope you guys are having a good day.

Turn that frown upside down and keep on keeping on :)

a fact that i would change if i could is my tendency to unload my misery onto others. well. . . i attempt to unload my misery onto others, but it seems i only multiply the available misery in the world in the effort.

being subjected to an act of kindness snaps me back to remembering there are better ways to live.

to help myself be more tolerant of other folks caught in their own web of misery, i often think of how i have learned to treat my brothers and sisters-in-healing when they honor me with the sharing of their misery.

thanks arfie. unloading is part of life...you have every right and deservedness to express yourself..
I know what you're saying about having reticence about doing that - but that's part of the shared
nature/agreement of our relationships - we're there to 'talk it out' with each other - and take turns..
some of us may be better listeners - some may be better talkers...sometimes
the two paired together are a match made in heaven....
