Itching like crazy!!!
,,,great day but damm this itching is driving me crazy,,pretty sure @ day 11 this much be anxiety exhibiting itself in itching or the chemicals that were in the crack or both but its driving me crazy. I try and keep the benadryl going until i can get to my doctor on the 28th and get a prescription for something but other than that the day was beautiful..no urges..thoughts..nothing..my dreams are all screwed up but that's to be expected and from what i understand it takes up to 2 years to clear the subconscious..im in good space..

Glad to hear you had a a good day. I don\'t remember the itching but I do remember the dreams for years. At first it was hard but then I got to the point in my dreams where I didn\'t even want to use. Keep up the good job. With you.
