it's really encouraging
i've decided today while at work that I would keep one foot, as much as I can,
in commonality. It really is helping me see what I go through, what we all go
through as part of the human experience. So rather than get caught up
in the oh woe is me's I am kind of seeing a platform from which to start -
how are the many or what are the many ways have I seen or heard others managing
this kind of human snot not (to use a phrase from the oh wise arfus!).
It's encouraging and helpful and I'm still taking care of life.
peace,
Mark

One of my weaving meditations popped into my mind as I pondered your "human commonality." In this meditation, we are all, human and non-human bonded by threads we cannot see which weave into the tapestry of life. We humble weavers cannot see the tapestry which we are weaving, but we each have our part to weave. As similar as the threads which bind us may be, we get extra snot knots when we mind other living threads. I remind myself often to keep my beaters on my own threads and trust neighboring life bonds to beat their own threads, even when their threads are connected to mine. Especially then?
Did I over-assume on what you know about the weaving arts?
No matter.
'Tis a manic broadcast, and nothing more.
Just a frazzled outcast from a heart that is sore.
Onward through the isolation. . .
Sending peace Arfie!
I’ve also realized that when I am going about my day, like spending time here at home this afternoon, if I find myself not totally satisfied by what I am doing or watching on the television, a kind of danger signal comes up for me inside. So in seeing this I am realizing recognizing it’s OK not to be totally satisfied and those upstarts feelings inside are something to listen to and manage.
Big hug sweetie.... There's been lots of times I haven't been totally satisfied as well... I think that's just life.. and some times it's harder than others... xo
Thanks Jan!!!
It be those imperfect spots that allow us room to grow.

I’m trying to learn to sit with the dissatisfaction. Managing it may be what gets us through life.
Here's to finding the peace within the moment.
Thanks guys!
