It’s kind of overwhelming
It's kind of overwhelming that I'll have to deal with these mental confusions for the rest of my life. I am leaning towards saying'who I am' even though that seems at issue.I'm reminded of Charlie Mackesy's art.. his encouragement like " we have so far to go...but look how far we've come"

I've thought about philosophies and granules of wisdom as a way to understand and withstand my illness.
It's made me feel like - well the creations had been made with the intention and spirit of finding the answer which takes
me to the healthy plane of existence in a way, and they have been consoling, but ultimately it had me seeing myself as almost a whole-ly other
person and not part of a group...or community - in some way yes - the mental confusions and heavy changes
were very isolating.... And yet I am grateful to understand that each day we're all picking up the pieces in some way
and moving forward. And we're not alone in having a struggle with life. Some may struggle more than others...
at different moments too.
I hope your struggles lighten. Your kind words have always been of help to me and I am sure to others. Let your heart know that you have helped others.
thank you so much Rich!
Big squishy hug sweetie..... I wish you didn't have to struggle as much as you do sweetie... You are such a dear soul.... xo
Big hugs Marky. Do you know how amazing you are?
thanks Jan and Nikki! hugs, hugs!
A bit of reframing helps me over that whelming. Don't cure it. Train it.

thanks Arfie!
I think the most dear people throughout history who have lived with a mental health challenge offer up the best humanity has to offer. Be sincere about the person that you are. You are, like Jan already stated, a beautiful soul.
Thanks so much Nikki
