it's good

It's good day. The sun is shining. But still bitter cold out there. My little guy is on the move as usual. Always moving unless he's napping. I just love seeing all the "firsts" with this amazing little man. He keeps my heart lifted in so many ways.
I've come to realize that I can't control my feelings all the time. I have to go back to letting God do what he can with me. I always felt relieved with him at the helm. Last night when I finally tried to sleep, I turned it over to God. I asked him to do what he needed with me. Wow! Ask and you shall receive. I haven't slept that soundly in a very long time. I am well rested today. Still a little sore from shoveling (which I haven't had to repeat) but over all I feel really good!
So moral is-----never give up on the Lord because he hasn't given up on me. <3
