It’s been awhile…
I'm not really sure why I stopped journaling, but everything is a bit overwhelming right now and I figured this might help straighten out some of my thoughts.
On Monday, my oldest brother tested positive for COVID. I tested negative shortly after. My 3rd oldest brother tested negative the next day. I tested again and it was negative. On Thursday, my parents tested positive. We all live together; my 3rd oldest brother went to stay somewhere else after testing negative and he hasn't had any symptoms.
I'm stuck with the other 3. Wednesday morning, I woke with a fever and it didn't break until this morning. They all have varying symptoms, but so far it's been manageable.
As the least sick one, I've been trying to take care of the others. I can barely keep track of what I've done, let alone them.
There's so much going on, though. I keep trying to retreat to my room, to breathe, collect myself.

Rest, relax, rest, relax, and be careful taking care of everyone else. Keep a sheet with the things that need to be kept track of and mark as you do them.
It's hard to recover while you're trying to keep doing, so rest when you can, relax the muscles with even breathing.
Taking care of you is just as important!
