It's all gone
It's all gone. The anxiety, the depression, most of the anger, and it's getting better everyday. Since I started running everyday I have been able to manage the anxiety and depression. Shoot, I was too tired from my runs to have anxiety and the endorphins got rid of the depression at night. But I was just treating the symptoms and not the illness.
What I thought was a nervous breakdown several years ago was nothing more than "adrenal fatigue" I also was depleted in every single vitamin and mineral except for a copper overload and estrogen dominance.
While it's only been a month of treating my illness, I must say I'm about 60 percent turned around and getting better everyday. I hope it continues. I'm in peri-menopause and I had no idea how much it can play with your entire system. Sugar and caffeine are the enemies now in my life.
Things seem better and I hope they stay that way.
