it's a beautiful morning
woke up at 440a or so - threw on some clothes
and did the deliveries for my folks all around
LA - I got back home at 645a or so.
Drank my coffee and then put my bedding in the washer -
just got the TV going and trying to plan my day -
or at least have some active agency about what I choose to do.
I know I need to be responsible - so I'll do the dishes,
I'll finish washing my bedding, clean the kitty litter
and shower and dress. Set my clothes out for tomorrow
and ready my meds at the bedside table.
Food has lasted and will last until Thursday - so it's a nice
thing that I don't have to spend more - and so will have more until payday
to spend on morning drinks while working and saving some too -
I'm going to my boss' wedding on Saturday.
Need to figure out what to wear there - she said "wear anything" -
I think I'll wear Khakis a button down and tie - I don't know if
a blazer will be worn by others too...I'll figure it out.
I'll keep a lot of cash on hand for the wedding as I think I might
have to pay for parking, extra gas and then a non-alcoholic drink or two
while there. Next Monday I have my yearly PHYSICAL exam - so I'll fast
on Sunday. Next weekend, I'll probably go shopping for household sundries
and so this week's surplus will help cover that as well.
Meeting with my therapist tomorrow at 1145a - glad for that.
...and so it goes!

I have to clean this place as well. I keep things neat and organized - but I definitely have to wash
the floors, counters, shower/bath and dust.
When you’re done can you come over and clean the hardwood floors here? Haha.
Fun to have a wedding to look forward to!
each day may be about managing our own needs and helping our friend and family circles with their's,
and though we may not always feel good about what we are doing or how things are going,
life definitely seems to be about 'moments.' I've heard that said on a number of occasions
but it's coming to front and center in my mind today. I'm taking care of business
and yet I am not feeling so good - but at least I am taking care of business - and coming
on here to write is a treat that helps me regroup and get back to business. :)
thanks Nikki!
there's also the realization for me that - as I have trouble with this - but we may have those moments
when we aren't satisfied, that there's a sense of sadness or longing or indignation - and we have to
step back and change your mental frame work to ask 'what are you going to do about it.'
So like there's a big question or a issue - and then step two is stepping back and asking.
You are really staying busy. Getting up that early would kill me. Have a great day Mark.
thanks Becky!
