Taking care of my feelings and and keeping steady is definitely like another job, a second job.

with all due respect, no wonder your fucked up, markus. even when someone is paying me for my time, taking care of myself is STILL my first job. if i take good care of my own business, my coworkers are more free to do likewise. let's work together.
