IT has been a while

So my sister was placed in a group home. We got her settled in pretty well and she has been there for about 4 months. She has a person with her all the time and gets very anzious if no one iw with her, but she is also restless, doesn't sleep well missign days without it, and is not peaceful, throwing things, pushign and p[ulling the ones thta stay with her and hitting them at times. 

She had a bad day today, much worse than usual, and the Group home is concerned that they wil not be albe to continue housein her. 

I am becoming anxious about this becaue she might have to b e hospitalized nd drugged if she cnanto contorl her physical and violent actoins. I have no idea what is going on inher mind, if she is acting out purposefully or if she doesnt' have control over her actions anymore. Seh acts fine most of the time but when she isn't acting ok, it is not things thta people whouldhave to put up with, the throwing and breaking things, pushing, pulling, and hitting. 

She mit get institutionalized, and kept under drugs to keep her form being violent and acting out, not have a hosue like place to say or much freedom at all. I probalby won't be albe to visit her as often, and she wil jsut become worse adn mroe internalized withotu anyone there to be with her and ground her.

I do not know what to do.
