It doesn't get better...

My aunt was in hospital 3 times last year, and now she is being admitted for the second time this year. While all of this was going on, my brother-in-law (sister's husband) has been consulting doctors about the best treatment for his cancer.

I still have anxiety and depression, and still have an autistic now 7 yr old daughter. I can barely take care of me, but my daughter is depending on me.

I am waiting for my cousins to call me back with the room number, and anything they know about my aunt's condition. I know it's tough on them.

Life is just not fair.

Sometimes, it fills up with a lot of hospital visits, health visits, and the best gift we give is taking care of ourselves, being positive, and finding the special memories to share to give a good moment during this time.

Best wishes.

I know life is so hard at times. But take care of yourself first and all will feel better. I sometimes just sit or lay in bed and pray and take some deep breaths to calm me down. I do the 7 thins. Count to 7 taking in air, hold for a count of 7 and then let it out counting to 7. It helps me and it won't hurt to try it. I will say a prayer for you and your family. God Bless and take care.
