it doesn't feel worth it

I am tempted to write 'perhaps I am meant to have a sad life'

but given the moment to write here and the promise of sunshine

and just things to do, I can't be suicidal. I could be miserable

but something in me is making me happy once I start writing here.

I won't ask questions. I feel like a know nothing - a goofy helper -

I am glad I have work to do...and I guess I will take happiness as it

comes. I won't reflect back on the seemingly endless failures.

I'll take a shower and get ready for yoga. I am grateful for it!

what comes to mind is that my therapist is encouraging me to be
ok with my life in that there are a lot of people who don't have
the 'typical arc' to their lives that you see in the media. This is helping
me today...

Big hug Marky..... I'm sorry that you're hurting sweetie.....I believe very much in the 'pursuit of happiness'.... and also being grateful for the little things makes a big difference for me

When I feel gratitude I never feel quite as badly..... I've used this as a tool for so long now that when I start to feel rough gratitude automatically kicks in which is pretty cool actually

I'm so glad that there's something that's helping you sweetie....xo

The *typical* arc that you see on the media comes with script writers, edits, rehearsals and retakes.

Stay you, Mark. It's all you need. There's only one of you. Don't cheat the world of that treasure. We already have enough fictional characters.
