it changes
I woke up this morning, still dark outside and I feeling completely
different from the conclusions I had drawn last night..
I decided to, as is the routine, to dress and go to coffee.
On the way I listened to classical music and that helped
me, things, I, started to feel alright and positive. I'll keep
on the routine, I am grateful for my parents, I am grateful
for my friends and family - maybe I am grateful for the changes
within me - as it forces me to adapt and see the world anew each
day? - a new appreciation of it all! thank goodness.

I don't know why my mind is attacking me
this morning.
focus on your 'my' experience rather than
someone else's -
take good care of yourself and your life
and if some judge - let them judge
they will judge no matter what the case might be
no matter how well you take care of your life
keep on keeping on.. and journey on..
you want connection and yet connection can seem dangerous.
make your way in the world... :) make the system for taking care of your life.
sending prayers out to you guys for a wonderful day and week ahead!
Balance in all things, Marky Poo. As important as routine and structure are, they are equally effective for repressing change and growth. Inside my own skin, my mind feels like it's attacking me when I am repressing, but it's really just trying to get my attention. "Change, growth and balance needed."
Now I gotta listen to the album. It's been a while. I'm overdue. I was all of 16 when the album stormed the classic rock waves. More and more I wonder if everything in life is a question of balance.
