It can be very tempting

It can be very tempting

to rage inside and unconsciously,

indulge in anger and upset with someone as a catchall supplier of

my problems. It's not true and I also must own my issues and decide to go forth with positivity and no delay in creating my day and my life.

i don't want to waste time stewing when I could be pushing forward with my work and general experience.

methinks it matters that i am a natural born rager, but anger is the most slippery of my own emotions. it can disguise itself and/or shift targets with discouraging ease. i drop everything and begin anger channeling when i catch myself sliding angry places. given the deceptive nature of anger, i don't even pause to figure out why i am angry. my anger demon is a big, fat liar, anyway.

in my twisted brain, one of perks of old age is that i no longer have the physical energy to rage like i used to. i'm far mellower now than i was when i had a set of tight buns to defend.
