IS SPRING AROUND THE CORNER????

  Science has never drummed up quite as effective a tranquilizing agent as a sunny spring day.  ~W. Earl HallWell, the last few days have been glorious with temps in the mid to high thirties. Today we may even see 44*f. This is a good thing for my husband as he is in the maple syrup business and they are anxiously awaiting for the sap to run. Usually they have had a few good runs by now but Mother Nature has not cooperated with the temperatures. The sap business is very finicky!!! We have an appointment later with the bank to renew our mortgage. Fun, yeah!!! I have a lot of questions I want answered before I make a decision on which one I am going with. There are so many choices and the paper to explain the options is like reading Greek!!Saw my pdoc yesterday. As usual, a short visit, no changes. That’s good!!!Right now, Jiji wants up in my lap to play. She thinks the keyboard is fainting. Doesn’t make for easy typing. Oops, there she goes chasing the cat. That dog has ADD, I swear. She bounces from one thing to another. What a hoot!!!My daughter did get an apartment and she is really thrilled to be moving out of her boyfriend’s parents place. And then she got an extra surprise yesterday that put her on top of the moon and over the stars. She had her income tax done and got a cheque for $1300.00!!!! she has never gotten back very much before. The timing is perfect with her moving. It helps with the cost of the damage deposit, which she had already paid and the first months rent which she is paying this Friday from her pay cheque. Now she will be able to squirrel this money away so she can have three months of emergency money. I am so happy to see her happy!!Anyway, that is it for today. Cruise is 11 days away....yeah!!!Debbie
