Is anyone afraid of relaxing……

Are you afraid of relaxing and going for what you want?

I've had to structure my life so carefully because of my condition that very much

'pleasure' has taken a backseat in the realm of my survival. I'm guessing it's not too uncommon? I'm afraid of making a wrong move and to a certain degree I've developed an kind of anhedonia.

yup, i most certainly am afraid of relaxing. clinically diagnosed, hardcore. in my psychotherapy it is treated like, "hyper-vigilance" and a hardwired part of my child prostitution experience. i won't speak for the normies, but in the world i was raised in, it's a cliche.

for what it's worth
i have a ton of therapy tools for the phenom. it is probably the biggest drawer in my psych toolbox. in my own case, it is a highly destructive psychosis.
