is anxiety my significant other?

I recognized today that I have a great deal of confusion about interpreting my wants

and needs.

It seems my anxiety is like my significant other.. Not in it's nature but in the sense that

I relate to it ongoing as like the partner relationship that I bounce off of each day -

along the way.

I'll focus on the confusion and anxiety and I'll come to some conclusion above the water line,

I'll have a quick view of what is not in my life and briefly yearn for it

only then to drop it and then forget and go back to the underwater worries and preoccupations.

I really need to talk to my Doctor about this.

The path towards healing the anxiety of 'anxiety awareness' is one of those challenges that puts everything on the table to work with, and going bit by bit until you find what works for you at what level.

You're doing an excellent job of helping yourself sort through everything!

Be gentle!

Anxiety is a tricky one. I go back and forth with it. I find, when I'm having a lot of anxiety about something, I journal about it and read my Bible on anxiety verses and pray. It really helps. Hope your doc can help.
