Interstellar
Today Geo and I went to go see Interstellar. It was a pretty good movie, it makes you think. I went way over my calories today... I gave in and ate a whole small popcorn and butterfinger bites. I hope I don't gain a lot of weight from it. Tomorrow is Zumba and I hope I can make it. I've been pretty tired lately, but I really want to go. When I did the normal "silver and fit" (for older people) I had to sit out a bit. I'm really out of shape. I need to get back to where I used to be and keep at it. I know my therapist wants me to keep volunteering but it's so hard when I don't feel well, wake up late and have to make all these phone calls for Geo. I'm hoping things will be better after the surgery.

danny wants to take me to se interstellar today, good to hear you enjoyed it. maybe don\'t weigh yourself today, and let yourself get back on track, it would be a false reading anyways I think. zumba is fun but very hard so try and not take it out on yourself that you need to stop. you have had a lot of setbacks and still keep trying, that is more then most people would do. I believe you will get back to where you want, as the saying goes, baby steps and maybe a baby step would be volunteering 1 day just 1 or 2 hours. many hugssss
hope you feel better. you could be tired from the weight. they showed a fat person and the weight in potato sack and it makes you think, wow, i carry all that around all day? plus it presses on your organs and that is very dangerous. at least you exercise. i feel safer with water exercises but i never get around to it. installing a jacuzzi at the new house may be an answer. i can do situps in there year round because there would be a heater.

Still making phone calls for Geo. Is this for the surgery?
Yeah.. the phone calls are for his surgery. He just doesn\'t understand all the work I do to make this surgery happen. I call a place, wait 10 minutes just to be told I\'m in the wrong department. *sigh* it\'s really not fun.
