The length from your wrist to your elbow is the same as the length of your foot.
Just found that little piece of information and was amazed by it. True story. 
Waiting for more tests and appointments.  It is raining but mild here and I am going to go for a short walk down by the water and listen to the seagulls for a while.

The human body is pretty amazing. I never knew that about the forearm but I know a bunch of useless information about teeth. Like how the shape of the tooth is the same as the shape of the face, only inverted.

Waiting is tough. Hang in there.

yeah deelyn, i knew that about the foot and elbow. but never about the teeth--and i was in dental hygienist career for ten yrs!! anyway i hope you are as well as you can be... my fibro acts up only once a while like maybe like three days a week. or more. i love your flower. that was my mom\'s favorite. purple color. she has been gone almost four years now. i hope your health is better at least a little. and that is great that you quit smoking. i suppose it was gagging and killing you so had to quit , huh? well you are in my prayers. and also going through all the ptsd plus being sick sucks, because i am like that too. just a lotta shit to deal with. take care of youu. k \'hugs\"

hey deelyn. i hope you are feeling well. i know that is hard to say with having breathing difficulties. i always have respiratory - asthma, sinuses, bronchitis you know. so are you on oxygen?? i hope you stay pretty well in health as best that you can .. so you use baking soda for the neilmed bottle plus salt? i never heard about baking soda. i am supposed to be doing that, but i dont like it at all. so i\'m taking otc = pseudofed. so take care and well chat soon or write back. lot s of \'hugs\'
