Inspections again
It's that time of year again.... when they come and check all the apartments to make sure that they are in good shape. Lisa came over last night and cleaned our place well. I'm so glad because the maintenance man was here at 11 am. He's going to fix some stuff and then I think we have the inspection. I'm still working on cleaning in case that wasn't the real inspection. I'm just working bit by bit, but it's going good.
I was hypomanic last week and went out and got new phones. We spent almost every dime we had on those phones and now we don't have money for the basics. I did get a check today to cover the cost of my meds, but that's about all the money I have. We are down to the bare minimum of money in the car fund... we really need to work on that when we get our checks. Geo got mad at me for paying his car insurance with his money when I didn't have enough in my account to cover it. I did say I would cover it, so he has full right to be angry. I just have no money.
I went to this conference last week for a type of therapy called WRAP- Wellness Recovery Action Plan. What you do is write down a lot of things you can do to make yourself feel better when you are having issues and then use them when you feel down. It's more complicated than that, but it's the bare bones. I have been using it and it's been helping me. I got to go for free, too! it was great. I am feeling a lot better now.

I hope the inspection went off without any problems and you have another year to relax. Being short on money always creates problems and stress. I hope lyou gt back on an even keel soon.
those darn inspections! thank goodness for lisa andyou doing your bit. I get that way about money but lately have been able to curb it out of fear of what is to come. I need many things, sneakers, some clothes etc... but just cant.i didn\'t even get flowers to plant tis year and I am bummed, I love to brighten up the front, I did break down and got a few but that is it. I would hope geo would undersatand, it isn\'t like you do this all the time. so glad you found a therapy group that works for you!!! hugss
I am happy you are feeling better. I\'m hoping all goes well with your inspection. Let us know what happens with that.. Glad they are fixing the apt .
therapy things are fun. psychology of personality had a lot of that. born to win the book does as well and kokology which is Japanese that is REALLY insightful.
