In two hours..

In two hours I turn 30. It's crazy to think that I've made it this far. When I was in my early 20's I thought that there was no hope for me. I made it through, somehow, and I've reached a new decade. I've been with Geo for 7 and a half years now... it's crazy. I can't imagine life without him. I know I could move on eventually, but he's my soul mate. He understands me when nobody else does. He's the best present I could ask for.

Anyway, we are going out to dinner tomorrow for my birthday, and then we have to go over to his dad's to fix his dad's computer. Apparently he got the Java virus that's been going around. I don't mind going over there, but not for too long. I know that Geo doesn't care about the Super Bowl and neither do I, but I just don't want to be out too late (after the game is over) because of the drunk drivers out there. Monday we might hang out with his sister who is moving to New York at the end of the week. I hope she has time to see us... she has so many friends who are clamoring for time with her. But Geo is family, so I hope that she will take that into consideration. I like hanging out with her too. She's so much fun. I'm going to miss her.

My mood today is better than yesterday. Yesterday I was curled up in bed rocking back and forth with mood swings. Today I felt some mood swings, but not like yesterday. I need to see my doctor soon. My appointment is for the 21st, so I guess I will just have to wait until then. I could see one doctor anytime I want, but he's not changing my meds when I tell him my meds aren't working. I'm going back to see my old psych (the one I have the appointment with on the 21st) and hopefully she will agree with me.
