in the moment

I came back from grocery shopping earlier today at TJ's and I indulged quite a good bit!

I watched part of this old film on TCM called "The Rising Moon" - a tale based

in Ireland (in the spirit of St. Patrick's Day.) For the part of the film I watched I liked it -

something so engaging about the old irish accents and funniness.

For some reason I started dipping back into sadness but I know I better try to

find joy in the moment. I'm reaching out here but I know I've got to create something

here that helps me...whatever keeps me on track I suppose. That's what they do in HR...

got a complaint...vent to us and then get back to work! ha! But actually I need to follow this

prescription for myself. I need to take care of life and deal with the challenge with mental health I have

and have positivity of it and aim for the future.

Sometimes it's hard to be positive, but it is best for us. I learned it by positive self-talk. I used to be the most negative person in the room, until I learned to talk positive to myself and to the world.

St Patti's Day flat slipped by me this year. My traditional Irish movie for the occasion is, "The Quiet Man." Hands down my favorite John Wayne movie. Now I gotta go hunt it down.

I never wear green on Saint Patti's Day. I like having an excuse to pinch back. . . Does that give away my Irish pride?
