in the beginning.....

Today was part of the beginning of whatever is going to happen next. Met with the mental health social worker...who i realize has a job to do, stressed me out even more than i already am. I have way to much on my plate to deal with and she pumped it out that this this and that HAVE to be done NOW. Now I panic and wonder how the hell I am supposed to deal with this crap, when I can barely bring myself to eat and shower every day. Sigh(((F)))(((M)))(((L)))
