I have to clear my conscious. I 'm am married and dating who don't know I'm married. Granted I having so my my ex for about 2 years and I really don't know why? But just don't know why mary won't filed for a divorce. My girl don't know I'm still married. I told her that I recently divorce. In my head, it is true. I been trying to file the paperwork but my ex won't show up so I can hand here the papers.

You need to tell your girl the truth, it is not good for your new relationship to be living in a lie. As for serving your ex wife the divorce paperwork, yes I know it is a hassle, its confusing to do on your own, if their are children involved in the marriage it makes it even harder, but all city\'s have legal aide societys where you can get free legal advice, they will help you fill out the paperwork, and tell you what to do each step of the way.
