If I could turn back time

The song from Cher called If I Could Turn Back Time keeps going through my head today. Oh how I wish I could turn back time!! Its gonna be a hard day today, I am going to the nursing home to visit my mother in-law. Last time I saw her was with my husband in May. I have been afraid to go see her 'cause we have not told her that her son has died. The nursing home and I thought it best not too because of her dementia. She is in her late 80's and is deteriating (not sure how to spell that word) anyway my daughter & grandkids are going with me. I am kind of hoping she won't remember who I am, 'cause if she does, she will ask me where her son is & I will have to lie & tell her that he is at work. I am the only one she has now, since his only sibling (a sister) passed away 5 yrs ago. I never in a million yrs thought that my hubby would go before his mom. Afterwards we are going to visit my aging parents. They want me to take them some KFC chicken. Dad said to make sure it is the original not crispy lol. Gotta love em :) 
Well I better get my dishes done & start to get ready to go. I hope everyone has a peaceful day.
