I wish I weren't so sensitive to her mood

I am such a freaking barometer to my wife's mood!  It is so exhausting. The slightest indication she is stressed, frustrated, tired, sad, angry,... hell even menstruating and my blood pressure goes up as I expect her to tell me she's going back to the original plan of separation. Honestly,  she has given me no reason for these fears since she has decided to work this out. I am normally pretty secure and far from paranoid so this is new and disturbing to me. How do I get me feet under me?

I really think that you have to make some time for yourself. It seems like you are focused too much on her and what she feels and what she wants. You are going to drive yourself crazy analyzing everything she does, every face she makes or her body language. I know it sucks to have to hear her say she wants a separation, but I am afraid if you don\'t get some autonomy in your relationship you will have a hard time coming to trust that she won\'t drop the bomb on you again. I know your reconciliation is new and you are still treading water lightly, but maybe just start to carve out a little time each week for yourself. I am praying for you.

You are right. Figuring out something and then somehow incorporating it into my schedule seems monumental tasks. I don\'t even know where to start.
