due to some serious health issues, i cannot be on here a lot.  i will resume being supportive and happily receiving your support when i can.  part of the problem is the right side of my diaphragm is paralyzed, phrenic/vagus nerve palsy?  Now i need more testing and hopefully the doctors will be proactive on this before the left side goes into paralysis too.   Much love to all.  i am a strong woman and i will deal with this in a positive and hopeful way.    :)
