I want to scream

I so want to scream. Y do we have a judicial system if it doesn't follow thru. Court orders r nothin but piece of paper. Stbx has defied it over and over and nothing is done. And yet they want me to settle for little. I know 40% of net earnings sounds like a lot but when stbx gets his employer to hide his income what then. He made over $90000 last year. 40% of his net would of been great. No I mean awesome. So y is he in arrears over $5000 to me. And hasn't paid loans. Cause he's hiding some somehow and courts don't care. He's living in $40000 house. I live in 1989 double wide. Where again is the justice?
