I want to die
really had enough...i want to die....just have to work out how...im thinking an OD would be best at the moment.....just im to gutless to go through with it........so where do I go from here??????????????????????????????????????????????????

I know that your journal entry is just a cry for help. What kind of help can I give you?? I can\'t tell you how to OD (I have done it in the past and almost lost my life because of it). Please call a suicide help-line in your area. Think of all of the people who love you and would be upset if you OD\'d.
Please find some kind of help!!
