I've never missed a day of vitamins....
I've never missed a day of vitamins.... And believe me, I am NOT saying this with a hootie tootie attitude and my nose up in the air! I am saying this because I already took vitamins preop, so i had a habit, but more than that...
my NUT told me horror stories of people who could no longer walk a straight line due to B12 deficiency, who basically had no bones left due to calcium citrate deficiencies, and others whos mental capacity was messed with due to vitamin deficiencies (And believe me, I cannot afford any 'loss' in that department!), etc etc. Needless to say, she scared me... which I am sure what her intent!
Now the whole while my fella was sitting next to me listening to all of this... we get out in the car and he's real quiet... I ask what's wrong? He turns to me, with the most serious face I'd seen in a
L O N G T I M E
(I'm think... "oh shit! He's leaving me, or hes pregnant, or SOMETHING!")
But he says to me "You WILL take your vitamins EVERY SINGLE DAY! And buying them will ALWAYS be on the top of our shopping list and it will NEVER be up for debate!"
My reply.....? "I promise!" And I do... and I did... and I always will.... I did this to get healthy. WHY OH WHY would I risk that over a vitamin!?!
Some days, especially early out... it was not always easy or plesant... and now, some days I struggle to remember the calcium citrate because I am not suppose to take them within an hour of the other ones and then spread out over the day... sometimes its a hassle... but not as much of a hassle as loosing my bone mass and not being able to flippin walk!
Anyways.... TAKE YOUR VITAMINS! All of them, every day... like em' or not... YOU did this to get healthy.... right? Don't risk that over a vitamin! You owe it to yourself and your family!

What vitamins do you take? Can you tell me the schedule you follow?
