I've missed you all

The yard sale took all my energy.  We had a good year, but it was exhausting.  I cannot wait to read how everyone is doing.  May take me a few days to catch up.  For me, fatigue is still the biggest enemy.  Really melted with the heat and humiditiy (my favorite weather.)  Leo worked so hard and it was hard to watch.  I couldn't physically overwork, as the body would not go.  I am managing about 30 minutes of aerobic activity daily, so I am pleased I got that bumped up.
I pick up my bipap machine today.  Not looking forward to that, but will keep me breathing when I am sleeping, I guess.
Hugs to all.

I have a BiPap. I use it at night and when I nap. It took some getting use to; at first I use to rip it off in the middle of the night. Once I convinced myself that it would save my breathing muscles I was good with it. It will help you.

Good to hear you made it through your sale. You have several reasons to be tired, but the Bipap will help with some of that tiredness at least it did my husband. Let us know how you are doing with it after you get going on it.

Well, I got to the appointment and she had a APAP all ready for me. I told the RT that I was told I was getting a bipap, but the order says APAP. I see the neuro June 7th, so will use the APAP until then and if she would rather I be using a bipap she can straighten it out. From what I understand, MGers are supposed to have bipaps because of our weak breathing muscles. I did pull it off a few times last night. My apnea rate is only 10.2 per hour, but my 02 sats drop in the mid 80\'s.

The pulmonologist said he was familiar with MG, but he made me wonder when he commented on my diaphragm weakness as deconditioning. Before this damn disease, I could run a mile without problem and walk 20 miles. This disease is deconditioning.
