I've been 'on the go' since 3 am

I've be up and doing my biz since 3am. It's when I usually get up weekdays since I go to work so early.

But I just came home from the office and I am catching my breath so to speak. I turned on the BBC

and ate some snacks and now I feel like I have to validate my day. Validate myself - by reminding myself

that I have been "up and at 'em" for a while now. I am kind of tired, well not really tired but definitely out of focus.

My lack of focus and abstraction are making me feel 'less than' -

It's ok to do stuff that is purely pleasurable it is ok to indulge in writing a journal. I feel like when I am working alone

at the office I kind of wonder about work in such a vacuum it seems unreal - but so it goes.

Just going to take a walk and get a coffee, then yoga at 200p. I aim to go, I love it once I am there.

I hope you guys are having a good day. Sending peace, good vibes, and blessings that your day has some nice moments!

I'm happy dancing for you, my questioner. Self-validation is a potent step toward self-love. You can do this. You deserve love. Sock it to yourself, Baby.

Before ya knows it, you'll be grinning like a lazy man. Did ya know it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown? That's why lazy people smile so much. I had to learn laziness, but it was worth the study.

Now that you mention it, Rowan and Martin's Sock it to Me Joke Wall might even be the very place I got that line. I love stealing lines a bunch more than I love remembering who I stole them from.
