I threw my back out today. It's really wild how that can happen so was and also what it does to your self pride.
Really feeling all whimpering but I'll get some things done and just keep on Keeping on.

Hope your back is better soon! My sister really likes an over-the-counter pain relieving patch called Salonpas Large for her back.
thanks Janet! Thanks Susan!! I've kept busy today with gentle action - walking a little like a broken stick figure at times!! - but the motion
has helped me heal a bit - I did errands for the sisters and they were concerned but I insisted
- I also took advil and Alleve (which is so great) and that helped.
But "A body in motion stays in motion" was my thought and it really helped a great deal! :)
My stepmom likes Salonpas too!!
