I think I'm going through a wave

My friend Andrea is going through klonopin withdrawal, and she has good times and bad times. She calls the bad days a "wave". I think that's what I'm going through with my Depakote withdrawal. I could barely walk today. I am so thankful to Geo for driving me to the pharmacy so I could pick up my pills, and to the leasing office so we could drop off the paperwork to renew our lease. On a good day this wouldn't even be notable. The pharmacy is at work and I walk there all the time. It wouldn't have even been a mile round trip, and I can walk a mile easily. But today I could barely walk. The nerves in my brain are sending out pulses. I can't sleep. Some days I can barely eat. I think I need to taper slower. I was going from 3 halves to 2 halves. I think I'm going to do a half in the morning and 3/4 at night. I just can't take this. If I go to the hospital, they are just going to cold turkey me since it's not on my list of current meds. I know that's a bad idea. So I'm just going to stay at home as much as I can and try and recover. Tomorrow I have to go grocery shopping, but we have no food so it's necessary. Well, we have meat but nothing else. I want to get some stuff for stir fry, since I haven't been eating a lot of veggies. My weight is still  yo-yoing.. I'm 230.6 today. better than the 233 I was yesterday. This diet is hard, and I lose weight just to gain it back. I think I'm going to try a meat fast and see if I can lose some weight that way. I just don't know what I would do for lunch. I have my normal bacon and eggs for breakfast, and whatever meat we have for dinner. I don't know. I just know that it's frustrating going through everything I'm going through right now and it's annoying. I have to wake up early on Thursday to see my therapist and I don't know if I can do that. I don't know if I can wake up that early. Oh well.. I'm just going to go lie down and see if i can sleep.

Lots of hugggzZz coming your way.... withdrawl sounds horrible and i hope it get better for you fast ! Maybe something to consider is that right now your body is going threw a stressful time of trying to heal itself to coming off the meds so maybe not follow the wt as close like the number and just focus on the nutrition said of things so your body has the things it needs to heal and get adjusted to being without the meds.

Hugs. I hope you make it to the therapist. It\'s tough when you have to get off a medication that needs to be weened. I\'m sorry it\'s making you feel so bad.
the weight issue is normal. we fluctuate weight normally by a few lbs everyday.

It\' is good that Geo was able to drive you to where you needed to go. I hope you were able to get the shopping done w/o to much trouble.
