I think I am there!
I think I am close to my goal. Lost 52 lbs and down 45.5 inches. I lost a mini me lol lol lol......
I saw my cardiologist and he said I was at a good weight. I could loose 10-15 lbs but he said if I am feeling good here just maintain my current weight.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July. Thank God it was only a stage one and did not spread to my lymph nodes. I had a lumpectomy and had my defibrillator removed so I can get radiation treatments. Whew what an ordeal.
The doctor talked about chemo treatments and took that idea off the table cause of my copd.
I have 4 more radiation treatments then I will be done. I will get my defibrillator back next week and then I will get a boob lift. Wow I will have perky boobs again, lol lol lol lol .....
So much has happened in my life since I started writing in this journal. I am looking forward to a quite uneventful next several months. I need a break!

So glad to hear about reaching weight loss goal and so glad they caught your cancer at an early stage. Keep your positive attitude and things will go well for you.
HUGZ,
Jean
Thank you Jean, you are a kind lady.........
That is awesome loosing all that weight, and inches! I know you will get through the radiation, a boob lift, LUCKY YOU!!!
Take care,
Leenie
my gosh! You\'ve been through so much! That\'s terrific about the weight lose, and what a relief that the cancer was so small. Your spirit sounds wonderful. I hope the boob lift goes smoothly and you have a swift recovery. Love & hugs, Sue
I have been through so much but my spirits remain high. I feel like the luckiest woman on the planet. Though I have had these challenges I am able to get through them unscathed. These things added to my strength. When I am done with my treatments I will be volunteering some time to help others that may be going through this anguish. I can really relate!
Wow LInda... you have had it rough. So glad they found it fast and you were able to get treatment so quickly.
Wonder why the Chemo was taken off the table..I remember that bleomycin had a rare side effect of causing lung inflammation and interleukin 2 occ. caused small blood vessel leakage.. both causing SOB. ( gosh had to really search the old memory banks from back in my working days) but it seemed like there were other meds still available.. maybe because of your heart issues too the combo of lings and heart made a selection less viable... ?
ANyway.. glad to hear your doing so well , kudos on the weight loss and whew .. perky chi chi\'s... gonna look like a beauty queen sweetie!
LOL LOL LOL thank you honey...I am looking forward to perky chi chi\'s .......... I not only have the copd but wear an internal defibrillator and the benefit of chemo will just lessen my chances for re occurrence by 10%. Risk not worth the reward....I will take the estrogen blocker pill for 5 years. This will greatly lessen my chance for cancer to return. I am 99% positive estrogen receptive. 52% progesterone and her2 positive which means I am tripple positive and the medication works wonders on a case like mine...
