I really feel good
I am really starting to feel good now. I have lost 37.5 lbs and still going. My grandson is getting bigger and smarter everyday and I am so proud of him. He is bi-lingual and speaking clearly in Spanish and English.
Besides the aches and pains I am doing much better than I expected. Still going to the gym though I did take a couple of weeks off because of a sore hip. I feel I am back in the swing of things now and everything is looking up. It seems like a century ago since I was really sick and on oxygen. I have to attribute that to a good diet, enough sleep and exercise. Zumba has done wonders for my waistline. I actually have one now lol lol lol.
I pray that my good fortune continues and I thank God everyday.
I am blessed with good health now and even more blessed with good and special friends.

Zumba? Wow, that\'s really terrific! It looks like such fun. Good for you! And as you\'ve discovered, exercise makes all the difference. Hugs, Sue
The hardest part of any exercise program I found was getting started. Once you are out the door it is easy from there on. I gave myself a little push and I feel great....
