I Ran!
I love running. I haven't been able to do it for so many years because of bad shin splints. But they have gone away and I started running a bit today. It was so freeing. There's just nothing like having it be just you and the pavement. I might have gotten an asthma attack for it, but I don't mind. I have my inhaler so that's not a big deal. I want to go out and run some more, but I can't do too much too soon. I'm still happy that I got to run the little that I did run. It just feels so good!

It\'s wonderful that you were able to run.. I hope you didn\'t get a bad asthma attack. Kee;p it up. I hope you are able to enjoy this for a long time.
Yay Larissa! I\'m glad that you were able to get out and run again! Hope that your asthma doesn\'t act up, and that you\'re able to continue what you love. Hugs!
had no idea you run. wow! that is great larissa! they do that in the pool here, for water aerobics. you can see them going around the shallow end of the pool running instead of swimming. they claim anything done under the water does 4 times as much good as out of the water. hope you get to keep doing it. xxoo
