I\'m still here !!!

Well, I’m sure some of you are wondering where I’ve been or least I hope so... I’m sure some of you are thinking the worst. No, I’m not in the hospital, or in the deep, dark hole ( I have had a few bouts of depression due to stress ). I have been busy with my gardens especially when the weather cooperates, that’s not often so far this year. I did have a mega flu, it held on for weeks !!! June is also busy with friends, graduations, proms, retirements etc.. Right now and for the last week and a half my hubby and I have been looking at homes. We are debating as to whether we should sell our property : Triple building lot, lots and lots of space, privacy too. And as many of you know from my pics in my photo album, the one property we live on is beautifully landscaped ( I have a green thumb if I do say so myself ) Plus the inside is nicely decorated with many upgrades.Let me tell you, we have looked at MANY homes out there in a price bracket that we are willing to pay. Many ( most ) of them are in really rough shape. They have no landscaping, they have no land, most have no privacy. Most of them would require at LEAST $20,000 of work to even make them somewhat presentable!!!WE are looking at a house right now that is what we’re looking for BUT we may not get it even though we are willing to pay the full asking price. A couple has looked at it 2 times and is coming for a third look. The guy selling is very ethical and I think that even if their offer is close, he will let them have it. Oh, well such is life !! PS. But I really, really like it so I will be a little disappointed if we don’t get it. Then of course, there is the bank issue should are bid be accepted, will they grant the money need. I HATE banks !!! Anyway, keep your fingers crossed.That’s about it for now. I’ll get back to everyone when I can. Hope you understand.Be well all my friends. Debbie
