I'm scared and I want to hide

I'm scared tonight.
At work, we're currently in the process of assisting a psych ward in Georgetown while they are in the process of setting up their own pharmacy.  Originally the plan was for one month.  It is now looking more like six months.  This is not a good thing.
The uptick in work actually has us in over our heads.  I had to work extra hours and take on a couple of extra tasks because we were falling behind on them...and we still couldn't keep up.  The place basically looks like chickens that have suffered a not-too-kind fate, and we're actually behind going into the Monday session.
I realize I am probably going to have to put in extra time while we deal with this, and it's causing a panic.  I find myself tonight debating which assignments I'm going to have risk dropping the ball on because there won't be enough time for everything.  I see a serious burnout risk developing that I do not think I will be able to head off at some point.
My issues as far as working with people have to go on the back burner.  Too many scars.  Too many reinforcing bad memories.  Constant fear that if I let any of my assigned group mates in IRL (in real life) I'm going to get hurt.  Have been playing keep-away all semester.  No hope for that stopping anytime soon.
It all just feels like too much and I'm scared.  I want to hide.  I want to run, actually.
