I'm not keeping score, yet.

I feel as though I've descended through moderation on the way to perhaps abstinence.
The twelve steps remain a good intended expectation, but not yet proved feasible beyond expectations.  Truth be told, I may work through The Essence of Buddhism by David Tuffley first. Like the 12 steps literature, the cost, Free, is appealing.  Once the Buddha & I come to an initial understanding, then perhaps that universe can be complimented by the AA12.

None & Done last night. That alone is a feat of epic proportions. The bottle of untouched Tequila is still in the kitchen corner cabinet, next to my other daily vitamins and weekend coffee supplies.  UnTouched is an intriguing event.

What matters most now is the daily, well most days, meditation.  It is teaching me awareness through mindfulness, the attention applied to the breath, physical sensations and the sensation of the presence of others.

I marked the theme as inspiring but feel that is presumptuous. A better theme would be Reflective, but that is not available.

Be Well, Be Safe, Be Kind.
