I\'m feeling really bad today
I've crashed today, knew it was coming, could feel it slowly building up and then it broke. I don't know what to do now. All I ever hear from people is how I could do things better, how what I do upsets them, how they would prefer it if I did it this way or that way instead. Life isn't easy, there aren't instructions. I'm on my own now with 7 young children to care for since my ex walked out 8 months ago and I'm trying to get through each day as best as I can. I'm sick of hearing about all the bad stuff, I try and do what is best for everyone, I can't do everything and no one wants to help me. I couldn't even do much today. I'm really tired, emotionally and physically. I just want to sleep. I have no family support, I do it all on my own because I have no choice. I just don't want to deal with the world anymore. I want to be left alone, I want to be invisible.

You know you don\'t have to please anyone else but you. It is ok not to make all those people happy. Let them try to do what you are doing. How dare they judge you at all.
Do you have a church group that might be able to help?
Boy you are a wonderful person just being a mom of 7 babies! That right there is a your reason to take the world by a storm. Yes, it is ok to want to be invisable once in awhile because you certantly deserve to have it raising 7 indivials who will become your legacy. That really is something to be proud of. We are here for you!
Do you have a counselor at all..anyone you can reach to? how old is your oldest? I know your feeling of crashing..sometimes it is just easier to take the babies to the park if there is one near and let them run off energy, put in a movie, let them know you need to snooze even in the middle of all the action..couch with a movie going...are they good kids? helpful at all...I pray so hard for you hon...been there, no what it is like..do you have a case worker (child support) that can maybe lead you to a counselor, or help for the kids (daycare)
only suggestions...I know it is hard as hell to keep going ...popcorn, pizza & a movie usually help with calming them ...at least it did mine, I was pretty up front with mine and they new when I needed \"peace and quiet\" as they use to say to me. Hang tough..my love and I;m here if I can be of help...Katie
That is the mother in you talking, we all go through times when we feel like we are never left alone for a minute, and feel like it is never going to end; this exhaustion we feel and live. The only thing we can do is walk through it one day at a time with the conviction that this too shall pass.
I\'m sorry that I didn\'t read this sooner. I want you to know you are in my thoughts.
