I'm afraid of the future.
The time is getting closer for me to move to my son. Although I'm looking forward to it, I also feel devastated to leave my daughter, Melany, alone. She is moving to a very small apartment, in a dangerous neighborhood, because she can't afford to pay the rent of this house on her own.
Melany has had a very hard and painful life so far, and through the years she lost most of her self worth and courage. I have carried and supported her and little Lee-Ann for the past 6 years, and it is time for her to start standing on her own 2 feet again.
Problem is that I'm very worried about the place that she's moving into. It is her choice, because it's all she can afford. She won't stay with friends, because she wants to be independent. But with people being brutally murdered daily in South Africa, and nothing being done about it, I'm so worried about Melany and Lee-Ann! Melany is extremely depressed and bitter lately, and everything I say to her, makes her more angry. I fear the thought of maybe losing her and little Lee-Ann also!!
I'm constantly praying about this matter. A while ago I got the reassurance from the Lord that I have to move, and that He'll take care of Melany and Lee-Ann. And this is why I'm moving. I trust God fully! Why then is this concern about their safety and well-being so overwhelming?

It is so normal for a mother\'s heart to go through this spin cycle of emotions and feelings when it comes to her family. I truly hope that your daughter will look at this as an opportunity for growth and that her instincts to create a good life for herself and for her daughter will be present.
Prayers going out and up for you, your daughter and family. Melany\'s anger is about her fear and she can do this and create a positive life for her daughter and for her.
Loving care and the strength that you need just for this moment. This is hard, I know, yet an opportunity for a new beginning for each of you. The LOVE is always present and once a child has been lost the fear of losing another is never far from our thoughts. That protective bubble of \"not knowing\" has been burst and the reality is real. Keep close to Spirit as you are and place them in his hands.

I\'m wondering if there is a way Melany and Lee-Ann can live near where you are moving?? I don\'t know the situation in your part of the world. It\'s the burden of motherhood to worry about our children. May God protect them and perhaps His plan is actually unfolding here, but you can\'t yet see it. Seems to work that way.
Praying for the peace you need and the safety Melany needs to be yours today!
Would be so good if Melany and Lee-Ann could move close to you and your son, but it may just not be possible. I will continue to keep them in my thoughts, heart and prayers.
Change can be very challenging and unnerving even when we know it is the right thing. As moms, we worry and worry about everything involving our children....no matter what their age!
But, you say you got the reassurance that it was time for YOU to move and that they will be taken care of. All you can do my friend is move into that space of calm and believing and do what is right for you.
I wish you all the best~~Teri
I love the faith you have in Our Lord. I have learned to have more faith than ever because of you. He will not let you down. Thank you friend for giving me hope and belief again Hugs. XoXo
Praying for you and your whole family. God will bring you through this.
