I love the way this man deals with his energies

I watch a show on PBS on Saturdays called "Articulate."

Last week it had an artist on it named Andrew Bird - I loved it.
After the initial performance he is asked about his 'process' and it's

fascinating. I thought you might like it. I know I did!! :)

I am realizing I am trying to engage and deal with my 'engine within' and much

of the time it manifests in terms of angst, eating, drinking and I'd really like to

engage my thoughts and 'go go engine within'

Sending peace and good mojo,

Mark

Nice, mark! I love Andrew Bird - I have many of his records. Such a unique talent. Cryptic cool lyrics. He always does residency shows downtown Chicago most years at the big presbytérien church that ive always wanted to go to.

I hadn’t heard that last song Bellevue Bridge club - Eek! Pretty dark but yes, it’s a good way for an artist to deal with energies. In my head I hear his song Pulaski at Night when I ride the Pulaski bus.

Good stuff - thanks for sharing

My hyper-active metabolism makes energy management a BIG topic for me. That management is allot easier when I accept the energies as they come without the duality judgements of good/bad. The energy be what it be, regardless of how I choose to judge it.
