I lost myself today - but climbing back

I lost myself today after having a really enlightening conversation

with my therapist....

I was already contemplating some things - and then,

the stars aligned in this conversation where everything was said and talked about.

I then went out and got a coffee and did an errand and then helped my Dad

with something.

I ended up here in my apartment - just kind of dazed after a while with energy

and enthusiasm....I also got some pleasantly surprising news about something I am

signed up for that I did not know was available to me....

So, I am waiting to hear from Dad as he has something he will need

to give me, once he recieves it.

So I was pretty hyper and still am (wait wha?? what's happening??!) and then I realized, my schedule is off.

I keep to a routine here during the weekdays and most days just to buffet

my sense of order and practicality (since my insides are so random)... it helps....big time...

So it came to me sitting here, that I am really bothered by this out of the ordinary routine or maybe

just thrown by it and didn't realize it until a moment of reflection

- So, - what to do - ?? I ate a little snack of white beans, salt and balsamic vinegar and now

I am sitting down to write. I still have to wait for the call - but in the mean time

I can just be grateful that I caught myself and my hyperness won't escalate

out of perspective. Writing it out helps me put ducks in a row and the reminder of my usual order really saves the day here.

!?!?!?!?Just grateful that you caught yourself before the escalation?!?!?!?

I vote that we throw you a party to celebrate. That's HUGE, Markus. Taking the time to celebrate is often called, "Positive Affirmation" in my own psycho circles and it goes a long way in making it easier to remember and use the preventative measures in the future. Taking the time to celebrate other people's victories serves as positive affirmation for the party goers, too.

Go you! ! !
Way to do the do! ! !
Any excuse to party! ! !
