I know we all have patterns.
I bet so much of our lives can be summed up in the patterns or algorithms.
We're each looking at things and making sense, evaluating, through patterns within our selves and outside us too. Patterns are one thing to follow but also the evaluation of relationships. That takes a different muscle but it’s crucial.
I feel bad for Blue, service with the sisters was extra taxing today and I came back to my room so very selfish and just wanting to focus on me. Poor Blue got the short end of the stick.:( I’m paying more attention to him now. I’m just thinking about what my mom and Dad went through. The must have been exhausted.
Blue is very sensitive and now because I am on the phone typing he is stuffing his face when I know he's wanting attention.

I’m learning to watch my own patterns and relationships and make better, wiser decisions
I guess you can say that in terms of knowing that I have a pattern for myself to evaluate and then see others with patterns to evaluate, I’m getting a better sense of the realities of those relationships and my agency within them. To make better decisions, to take better care.
Ok getting lost in details:)
Sometimes, when we are interacting with another person(s), we may hear what they say, and see their facial reactions, etc, but thrn we project onto them, what we believe based on our own thoughts and experiences, not theirs.
It's easy to do. It's harder to meet people where They are, and easier to try to bring them to where We are. But not empathetic.
Give Blue extra huggs -
Thanks GT!
Big hug sweetie and Bluey
I'm sending Bluey a little tuna
