went for coffee this morning and then came home.
My thoughts are speeding up, as are my highs -
but I realized I have to keep busy even when
I can't decided on what to do. I took that knowledge
from how you keep busy bywena!
I am also realizing that I just need to take a beat too - when this
stuff starts happening (the stuff being the spinning high energy.)
I need to remember to take responsibility for it - and so that requires
a shift in my perspective - and so it's ok, acceptance. Blue is meowing,
time to give him some tlc too. :)

It’s been awhile since I’ve dealt with highs. Seroquel and solid sleep knocked it out for me, and the chronic anxiety is something I’ve tamed (not completely but improved) by long days of therapy and writing and piecing together broken pieces.
But I hear you too Markus as you hear bywena. I know what that energy entails and I’m sorry you deal with that. Do you ever do planks? Channeling some of the mental energy into physical dispersement helps me some. I’m sure your walks are good. Finding the right hobby and class is so good. I have wish lists of that but haven’t made it happen. I’ve always wanted to take archery! Have you tried the whole coloring book thing? Or paint by number?

Is Bywena a real name? Never heard it before and Google isn't offering much. It has a ring to it.

Indlovu Wena is the name of an author who seems to use the "bywena" as a word, buttttttaaaaa. . . I didn't look any deeper than that.
Both sound made up, but I ain't saying that like it is a bad thing. I like creativity.
