I haven't got time for the pain
This is what I thought about today:
things are going ok I guess - well not really - i just took
an extra olanzapine today. I'm having a moment of weakness
I made an appointment with a new GP today for next monday
and the phone conversation set me off - crazy eh? that a little thing like that
woud do it.
I'm feeling good and excited about creating a hygge cozy Christmas here
in my corner of the world - and I am trying to make my loved ones
have it too by delivering nice things.
I had to go to the eye doctor - they said they took medicare but then they did not.
So I am out almost 1300$ - uggh.
It’s interesting, by knowing my limits (that I've encountered here at the monastery)
I appreciate more of what I have and am creating in life, I’m not so referencing my body but knowing my mind
Again I have been so much embracing the love and christmas spirit of my small world of family
and friends out there and here, of Blue and my small room - that I have been able to
cope with the crap in the outside world.
And yes tonight I encountered the vituperative nun who is teaching me the services.
I know she's had a horrible life (I've heard) but it's just making me practice patience
and have compassion. She kind of cut my head off tonight for making a mistake
and I guess she must be having a bad day or something.
Anyways I won't the let pain from it ....I mean it is not something that will drown out my enjoyment
and cultivation of my world.
One Psychiatrist said "Some people have a hard time with the mix of love and hate in life"
I'm not a hater but I do know I have mixed feelings from this harsh interaction -
I'll keep on keeping on my friends! I hope you guys have a good night
and a happy tomorrow!! xx

Im sorry that you're being tested today sweetie
Someone lashing out would be upsetting
There's nothing wrong with confronting it
It may let her think twice before she lashes out again
Asking her 'Are you angry at me for something'?
Will let her know that she's sounding angry
I hope that you have a peaceful eve and tomorrow
1300 bucks!! Ouch!
Ugh to the eye bill! Medical stuff stinks like nothing else.
I think it is good, in only some scenarios; to try to talk through the rough communication. I love what your psychiatrist said! I think people who lash out and move through people that way can be very set in their ways, but you can let them know how you feel when it’s someone you have regular repeat interactions with.
What you describe is actually how my mom is! And I know what her issues are so I don’t get a rise out of it - but we direct her when she does it to other people.
We are all here to help one another move through the world.
Have a good Tuesday marko
