I had the worst panic attack ever

I went with my Aunt to her doctors appointment yesterday. On our way home we decided to stop at Ryans to eat. When we got in and ordered, we sat down and she went to the restroom. Just like that it hit me. I had the usual palms sweating, shaking and fear but this was so intense. I tried to take a bite of one of the rolls they served but my mouth didn't even water. I had to spit it into a napkin. I was scared I was going to run or go crazy and I felt I just had to leave. I asked our waitress if we could get our money refunded and we left. I cried all the way home. I don't know if it's even panic attacks anymore. What if I'm getting schizophrenia or something worse?
